What we do Platz & von Oertzen GmbH is a private investment firm based in Germany. We invest in real estate, medium sized companies and alternative energy projects. Our investments are located in Germany, Poland, Hungary, Netherlands, Portugal, United Arab Emirates and United States of America.
HISTORY
30 YEARS IN BUSINESS
Platz & von Oerten GmbH was founded in 1986 as a consulting company, delivering tax planning and statutory audits by Christoph Platz, a German tax advisor
and statutory auditor. The company moved from Duesseldorf to East Germany to help the people there to convert their economy from an authocratic to a
market based economy. We successfully advised our clients to set up and grow there companies. We always always tried to be active investors by investing in
real estate and business projects on own behalf. During that time we got investments in developing economies i.e. Germany, Poland, Hungary and the United
Arab Emirates. In the year 2016 we totally concentrated our business on investments.
